Yes: hosting and domain. Hosting costs about €8 to 15 a month and the domain about €12 to 15 a year, both paid directly to the provider, with a subscription as well as with a project. With a subscription, maintenance, backups and security updates are included in the monthly price. All prices exclude VAT.

With cheap subscriptions you get a standard site that stays with the provider. With me you get a design that fits your style, with copy and build from the same person, and after 24 months the website is yours.

From one week, depending on the size of the site. A small site is ready sooner than an extensive one. A concrete schedule follows after the intro call.

Logos and photos, plus details for the copy, such as contact details, personal details and what should go on the site. If photos are missing, I work with regular photographers.

From a business site of a few pages to a blog, a booking site for a holiday home or rental property, a web shop, a client portal or a web app. What fits depends on what the site needs to do. That is discussed in the intro call.

A business site of a few pages: the Start subscription, or a project as Basic website (from €1,200). A blog or a site that can be managed by the owner: Website with CMS (from €2,450). A booking site with a booking module: the Brand subscription, or fully custom work. A web shop, client portal or links with other systems: Fully custom (from €4,250). All prices exclude VAT. For a project you always get a fixed-price quote first.

CMS stands for content management system: an admin area where text, photos and blog posts can be edited without programming knowledge. WordPress is the best-known example. A custom CMS can also be built.

Without a CMS a site is ready sooner and cheaper (Basic website from €1,200). Changes are then made by me, at an hourly rate or within a subscription. With a CMS (from €2,450) there is more build work and a custom design, and text, photos and blog can be managed by the owner. A custom-built CMS is part of Fully custom (from €4,250).

24 months. After that the subscription can be cancelled monthly and your website is yours.

Then look at the project prices: a website for a fixed amount, with no term. They are below under rates.

Yes. You then pay off the remaining build part, about €20 to 30 per remaining month. After 24 months that is no longer needed.

Yes, with a fixed price in advance. You can also move up to a bigger plan.

By email to lets@manonit.com with the end date you want. The notice period is one month.

Yes. Your domain is always in your name.

Yes. The domain is moved using a transfer code (also called an auth code) from the current provider and stays in the client's name.

Yes, for example a .nl and a .com that both point to the same site.

This can be checked with the SIDN domain checker (SIDN manages .nl). If the name is free, ManonIT registers it in the client's name.

Your domain is in your name, backups are made daily and every site comes with a handover document. You can take everything with you.

I write it for you, based on our conversation. If you already have text, I'll work it in. That way your site sounds like you, without you facing a blank page.

I make small changes for you, within your monthly changes. If you want to manage text, photos and blog yourself, a website with CMS from the project prices fits better.

Two revision rounds are included.

That depends on the subscription and plan. Growth includes basic SEO and GEO, for visibility on Google and in AI search engines. What else suits Start and Brand is discussed in the intro call.

On professional, reliable hosting, with SSL. Backups and security updates are part of maintenance. The site is technically optimised for speed. The client pays the hosting costs. I'm happy to discuss details of the hosting provider in a conversation.

Multilingual is part of the Brand plan. It is not included in Start and Growth.

Yes. Every site runs over a secure connection (SSL), security updates are part of the subscription and back-ups are made daily.

Thanks to the daily back-ups the site can be restored. With a maintenance plan the site is also monitored, so an outage is noticed immediately.

Every site comes with a cookie and privacy statement in line with the GDPR. The domain is registered in the client's name.
